Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at LevaData you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage inbound leads and engage with prospects through effective communication.
- Prospecting and Outreach:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospects and create interest in LevaData's software solutions.
- Tailor messaging to address the unique needs and challenges of potential clients.
- Qualification:
- Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring that prospects align with LevaData's target customer profile.
- Gather relevant information about prospect organizations to facilitate meaningful conversations for the sales team.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and provide comprehensive background information to support the sales process.
- Collaborate on strategies to penetrate new markets and industries effectively.
- Position reports to the Global Head of Sales
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven in a similar business development or sales role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
