Start with what changed.
The first screen is a brief, not a dashboard. It says what moved since you last logged in, how much is still open to go after, and which negotiations are waiting on you.
- AFive things for todayAn AI summary written from your own data. Each item links to the screen behind it.
- BSince you last logged inOpportunity savings and average discount, with the change since your last visit.
- CNegotiations at a glanceYour move, waiting on supplier, agreed and closed. Click a status to open it.
Ask a question. The table answers.
Benchmark is the core screen. Ask in plain words and the table filters and sorts itself to the answer, with the same measures across the top every time. The AI does not invent charts. It points you to your own data.
- AEvery benchmark, side by sideYour cost next to the internal, distributor, LevaData and alternate price for the same part.
- BSaved views become agentsSave a view with a note on why you need it, and it reports back on a schedule.
- CBring your own fileUpload a part and price file and run the benchmark against it.
Open any part. See why it is an opportunity.
Every row in the table is a part you pay more for than you need to. Click the part number and a panel opens with the reasons, so you know what to ask for before you pick up the phone.
- AYour cost against each benchmarkOne bar shows where your price sits and how far it is above the best one.
- BSavings in dollarsThe gap per unit times your forecast, so the size of the prize is clear.
- CMarket, lifecycle and alternatesPrice trend, lifecycle status and cheaper alternate parts beside the opportunity.
The gap becomes a plan.
Choose who you are about to negotiate with. LevaData gathers their parts and sorts them into three plays, each with the ask already written and the savings added up.
- 1Ask for the price you already payYou buy the same part cheaper elsewhere. No part change is needed.
- 2Put a cheaper alternate on the tableThe largest saving, once the alternate part is approved.
- 3Hold them to the marketA market benchmark is below your price on these parts.
Every request and reply in one place.
Requests go out from your own mailbox with a private link for each supplier. Quotes come back into one list that shows whose move it is. LevaData compares each quote with your target and drafts the counter-offer.
- AWhose move it isThe numbers across the top filter the list: your move, waiting on supplier, agreed, closed.
- BQuote against targetEach part shows the quote, the gap to your target and the savings at that price.
- CA record of every stepClick any step in the activity list to see what was sent or received, and by whom.
The supplier quotes on one private page.
The supplier needs no LevaData account. The link works only for the email address it was sent to, and a 6-digit code confirms it is them. The page is coloured differently on purpose, so nobody mistakes it for your own screen.
- ALocked to one addressA forwarded link is no use to anyone else.
- BYou choose what they seeBenchmark prices stay hidden unless you decide to show them.
- CThe quote lands in NegotiationsPrice, minimum order and lead time for each part, with nothing to retype.
The new price reaches the people who use it.
When you accept a quote, LevaData creates the awarded prices page. Send it to your contract manufacturer and to your own buyer. Each one presses “Confirm”, and the negotiation closes with the date and the name on record.
- AOne page of agreed pricesOld price, awarded price, minimum order, lead time and the start date.
- BConfirm is the proofIt records that the person has seen the new prices. That is all they have to do.
- CClosed, with a recordThe activity list shows when it was confirmed and by whom.
